Our listing rental rate includes the following: rent, utilities (electricity, water, and gas), high-speed wifi, weekly cleaning of the common area, assigned community manager access during your stay, and free use of all condominium amenities, including the swimming pool and gym.

You can deposit cash, checks, or bank transfers to our business bank account to pay your rent.

Yes! do couples have access to rooms. Pets are not allowed. Yes. Since every flat in SERV has a kitchen and basic cookware, tools, and silverware, light cooking is permitted.

Once we have confirmed the room type, rate, move in date, and move out date, all you need to do is submit a soft copy of your passport and work pass or NRIC.

Yes you may have visitor visiting the place but only until 10pm as we do not allow overnight stay.
